1. No Refunds

Because access to this intellectual property is provided upon purchase, a refund will not be issued because a customer:

4. Technical Issues

If you purchase a course or digital product and experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the material, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue.

A technical problem that can reasonably be corrected does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

6. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription through Options Income Advisor, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not provide a refund for amounts already paid, including the current billing period. Access to the applicable membership or subscription may continue through the end of the period for which payment has already been made.
